CC22는 탁상용 또는 인체공학적 Z 구성으로 제공됩니다. CC22는 대량 연속 생산용으로 제작되었습니다. 설계상 일정한 중심선 크림핑으로 부품을 쉽게 배치할 수 있습니다.
압착 헤드와 유압 장치가 모두 분리된 Z-구성은 자동 라인 사용에 이상적인 CC22. 자동화를 위해 다음과 같이 장착할 수 있습니다. 중단 없는 작동을 가능하게 하는 자동 그리스 공급 장치(옵션) 긴 유지보수 간격과 결합되어 최고의 정확도를 보장합니다. 또한 와이퍼 씰이 있어 먼지와 이물질이 실린더로 들어가는 것을 방지합니다.

1) With standard dies. Crimping range can be
increased with special dies.
2) Theoretical with 10mm cycle.
3) Maximum opening is the total die travel. Add
this value to the minimum crimping diameter
of the die set used. The result is the maximum
opening of the machine with die set in place.
